Risk For Caregiver Role Strain goal AMB's??

Hey, all! Please forgive me if I posted this in the wrong thread. I've used this site many times for guidance, but I literally just created an account so I could ask this, because I'm having some trouble on a care plan. Simple question: one of the NANDAs for an L&D pt is "risk for caregiver role strain," and my associated goal is "pt will contact sources of support to help provide assistance;" my only question is what could I use to MEASURE said goals? (Goal, AMB _____??) I've been having trouble making it sound right, and frankly, I'm not sure how you'd measure that goal. Thanks!

On second thought, I'm not going to go with that goal! Disregard lol. I will return in the future for more help!
