Ridge, Traviss, Erwin....ANYONE???

Hi everyone,

I was just curious as to rather anyone has attended or completed the LPN program at Ridge or Traviss. Just wondering why it's so hard to find anyone who has....it's crazy. I also would like to hear from you if you attended Erwin, since I assume the programs are set up similarly. I will begin at Ridge on June 9th. Curious about people's experience and opinions, as well as scheduling.

My husband graduated from Traviss' LPN program in December of last year and I am hopefully starting at Ridge's evening program in August. I just took the TEAS V and was told in person I was accepted. I am just waiting on my official acceptance letter.

That's awesome. I am starting the day program in July. How is your husband liking his new career?

It's funny cause my cousin is starting the program at Travis in December. I just didn't want to wait that long. I'm SOOOO EXCITED! !!

He likes it a lot. He's at a rehab center in Winter Haven so it's stressful, but good experience for sure! He started out as a CNA so the pay bump is definitely nice. I was also thinking about doing Traviss but I don't want to wait until January for the evening program there, either! I'm definitely excited, but really nervous too! lol. Watching him go through the stress of school and finishing makes it a little better .
