Return to MSN 13 years after BSN, academically prepared?

[Hawthorne and Oak, BSN]

I am looking for advice from anyone in (or completed) a FNP or PMHNP program who had completed their BSN 10+ years prior to starting their MSN. I'm feeling anxious that I don't remember my A&P and pharmacology and other topics adequately. I expect the MSN program would  build on my foundation of knowledge, not be remedial. I'm currently doing some cramming to review such topics, but would love some guidance or advice on what to focus on or how important this is? THANK YOU!
