Retaliatory wrongful termination CAUGHT ON VIDEO

Published

I was the hospital safety officer and was fired for reporting patient safety issues. I video recorded my wrongful termination uploaded to Youtube as two files, Retaliatory wrongful termination CAUGHT ON VIDEO! Part 1 and 2.

Also, I filed a federal lawsuit against my employer with the USDC-SDTX-MCALLEN, styled Montes vs. LeDay, et al, Case #7:18-cv-00280, District Judge Alvarez presiding. If you notice Jason Damon LeDay is one of my defendants. He's been discussed ALOT by other members of Allnurses, for running off with payroll at two of his prior closed hospitals, St Anthonys and Renaissance. We'll he's at it again but at Sacred Oak Medical Center LLC, in Houston Texas. I've uploaded a copy of my federal lawsuit onto Scribd, just type in the above case number in the Scribd search bar and it comes right up. Also, the Fire Marshal report is uploaded onto Scribd also.

Reporting safety issues at hospitals carries the very good risk that the hospital will fire you. It's sad. We're there for the patients, but the hospitals don't give a damn. Plus, there are state and federal laws protecting the healthcare workers for reporting safety issues, but is rarely enforced. That's why the hospitals get away from doing it. I stand up and will hold my employer accountable before a federal court. I've also requested a permanent injunction ordering the hospital to STOP retaliating against it's employees else be held in contempt of court, fined up to $250K, and or prison up to 10 years. Now, the injunction has shark teeth.
