I am a LPN right now, but want to get my RN but my A&P classes are to old. I have been so disappointed because I was in a nursing program in 2007 and had a verbal interchange with my preceptor. I was 6 weeks away from finishing my RN but the school put me out of the program at that school. Recently I went back to school and got a BS in Health Education but cannot find a job with it, deep down I really want my RN. Some people say I should just get my masters in social work, but I really want my rn, I think that will get me the job I want. What do you think about retaking these biology classes over?

Why did you have a verbal exchange with your preceptor? 6 weeks away from graduation and you screwed it up? Man, that would stink!!!
Why are you having a problem finding a job? Do you get interviews? Have you sent out resumes? Do you have a good resume? Do you interview well? These are questions you have to ask yourself when looking for a job.
My other questions are what is it that you want to do with the rest of your life? So you like being a nurse? Would you prefer social work? You need to do what you would enjoy and excel at. Life is too short to not do something you enjoy. So figure out what is holding you back and commit to it. Don't ask other people, this is a choice you need to make for yourself.
