Hello all,
I know it's competitive and tough to get jobs at some of the prestige hospitals in NYC like MSK, NYP/Columbia, NYU langone...What are your thoughts on using a resume writer? Are they effective? Has anyone ever used one and was successful in landing a RN job in a coveted institution?
The other day I applied to MSK and got a rejection in one day, lol. Actually it was less than 24hrs. It was an entry level job that a new grad qualifies for and I have a yr experience. I thought to myself...Wow! Is my resume that bad that it took just a few hrs to get that rejection email for an entry level job?! Anyway, it's a little frustrating as I've been hoping to move back to NYC at some point at least with a year experience.
How does one even get to the interview point at these hospitals? Has resume writers worked for anyone?
Thank you
