ResU Committee Cases?

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with being a committee case at Resurrection University? I plan to apply for the Summer 2018 term.

I recently took the TEAS and scored an 85 on my first attempt. I've been taking the pre-reqs over the past year and currently have a 3.6 gpa for those classes. I'll finish the remaining 3 pre-reqs (CHEM 201, AP 2, and CIS 101) this Fall and plan on sending my last transcript as soon as I finish. My issue is that I did really poorly during my first BA - I have like a 2.3 cumulative gpa (they require a 2.7). I finished that degree a little over 7 years ago, so hopefully my current gpa shows that I'm committed to performing well in school.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?
