Restorative Nursing Program

I am a restorative aid in Iowa.

I would like more information about the reimbursement.

I recently joined the restorative team in feb "14" and found out that for the past 13 years the residents have had only 1 or 2 programs and only getting done 3 days a week. Went to a restorative inservice found out we need 2 programs each and done 6x a week.

First I want to know details why that is.

I know we need the reimbursement but I want to know more.

We have 29 resident on the program and about 75 programs for those residents and only my co-worker and I trying to do all of this.

would like ideas and answers and possibly examples and forms of flow sheets others use to chart notes and minuets and of that.
