I was wondering if you could recommend the best book to buy for educating our nursing staff in triage protocols (this will include both experienced nurses and nurses new to triage). We are implementing the CTAS (the Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale). Thanks for all your help!

CAEP has scads of official resources available, including an education binder. They also have an official CTAS course. I would recommend you go to their website and check out the resources.
