research article - fecal management?!?

Hi,

I am in the process of looking for a paper topic for my critical care class. The paper is about a specific intervention as it relates to one of the patient's we have worked with, and whether that intervention improved their overall status/outcome (or prevented a complication). I had a patient with a fecal management system (sedated, on vent), and I thought it would be interesting to see if using the fecal management system provided for better outcomes than not using one. HOWEVER, I am having trouble finding an article! The article has to be from a nursing journal, has to be evidence-based, and has to be a study (not just an informational essay). I know there is one, because I found out this topic has been done before. If anyone has any suggestions (I've looked at ACCN's site and OVID), please let me know!
