Hi,

Any body has taken any elective courses for AP-FNP program at UTA? Any suggestion about these classes? I am planning to take it with Pharmacology and really want to choose something easy or I have to do it one at a time.

Thank you in advance..

I took 5311. I got an A, but I took it alone and I wouldn't classify it as easy.

I went for 5311 because it was 5 weeks and fit into an otherwise-empty spot in my schedule.

Grading is as follows:

Since I haven't taken pharm yet, I don't know how practical it is to take both. Hope this helps some.

I will say that, although the class counts for the FNP elective, it has nothing to do with FNPs and is just fluff and busywork. Don't expect to learn anything valuable.

Hello all, has anyone taken FNP- Family 1 class in UTA? I was wondering how difficult the class would be?
