Reputable websites for therapeutic communication

My project is on therapeutic communication for my nursing fundamentals course. I have the meat of the presentation all set and ready to go but my write-up needs a bit more attention. I need more facts and quotes to make my grade. I need suggestions of some QUALITY websites that say what makes therapeutic communication unique.

The reason that my PPT is completed before my write-up is because it is primarily examples and a list of DOs and DON'Ts and barriers to communication. I was able to use my textbook and some wonderful slide shows on http://www.slideshare.com. I just can't figure out how to reference those and I don't have much in them that I can quote. (Requirement of the assignment - multiple quotes and reference page).

Any direction would be appreciated. Thank you.
