It depends on the policy where you work.

BLS Heart Saver for health care providers needs to be renewed every two years.

ACLS and PALS is every two years also. You will get a card upon completion of all three of these courses that have the renewal date listed.

As far as the others you listed, those are all facility or state specific requirements. You'll need to check with your supervisor or your BON.

I am fresh out of school and my HIV, MEdical errors and my domestic violence were all done in school and I did not recieve a certificate with the expiration date -- it was just a certificate with a completion date. I did look online and saw that they need to be renewed every 2 years, except the HIV is every 10 years.

HIV, Med Errors and Domestic Violence must be required by your state. In New Jersey and in Maine (where I graduated) these were not required certifications, but most facilities offer some training. However there is nothing to officially renew.

talk to the people who issued the certificate - not the instructor, the "Provider"
