Hi

I will be relocating from the UK to Savannah in March. I am A UK RN and obtained my Georgia licence in 2001 before returning to the UK. I have 20 years dialysis experience mostly in the UK.

I love renal nursing and have read with dismay the poor opinions held of both Davita & Fresenius ( I worked for 2 years in a UK based Fresenius Chronic unit and found no real problems, but having put up with the beaurocracy of the NHS for years, Fresenius was somewhat refreshing.

Can anybody give inforamtion on RAI as a company, and offer any advice on how the different units stack up in Savannah, and which you would recommend working for? One other question, do any units treat fragile or unstable patients with HDF or HF? I have heard they do not because of concerns re water quality.

Any info would be greatly appreciated :nurse:
