relocating new job

my husband is being transferred to philadelphia area.i have 20 + years critical care,any recommendations where to get a job?I would appreciate your input.I am currently working at a level 1 trauma center.it is so overwhelming because there are so manyt hospitals.can anybody tell me a place where nurses are treated with respect and a good professional envirionment?thank you

Hi, welcome to philly! I am a new RN. I would suggest three hospitals to start with. Jefferson, University of Penn Health System and Main Line Health they are all great hospitals. They are all teaching facilities and have good earning and growth potential. I am sure that you will find a position easily as everyone needs experienced nurses!I have added the links for the career pages for each below.Philadelphia has many great hospitals as these are just a few let me no if you need more assistance and good luck!
