Relocating to Milwaukee - info on hospitals/ job outlook

Hi,

I am looking to relocate to Mikaukee area this fall. I have just under six years of RN experience in a progressive care unit at a large pediatric hospital on the east coast. I'm trying to determine how the job market is for experienced nurses and what are some of the better hospitals to work in terms of nurse to patient ratios, nurses feeling supported by management, etc. Any thoughs on CHOW, Froedert, etc? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
