Relocating, no job experience and in need of a job

I'm going to be relocating to Chapel Hill/Raleigh North Carolina region in the next few months and I am wondering how the job search/outlook for new nurses is. I've been searching in Cleveland, Ohio region for over 6 months and nothing has worked out so I'm hoping the demand for nurses will be higher where I'm headed. It has been a year since I've graduated, 6 months since I've been actively searching and with each day passing I just feel more and more discourage of ever finding a nursing position.

Also is there currently any particular hospitals or healthcare facility that is accepting nurses with no experience. Any tips or advices in searching in this area?

Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
