I,m register nurse and last 6 mounts I lost my job-direct patient care -Charge Nurse at nursing home . later my hands eczema- start and eczema treatment don,t work ...

What Job opportunity --like MDS -nurse or home visiting nurse I have .I,m 56 y.old live in New york city ???

First of all, we can't give medical advice. If you haven't already seen your healthcare provider about your eczema, please do so.

Here are some opportunities in nursing that don't involve direct patient care and therefore should have minimal impact on your eczema (or that your eczema will have minimal impact on). I don't know which ones you will qualify for based on your experience and education.

Utilization review (working with insurance companies)

Case management

Nurse educator

Nurse administrator

Nursing research

Telephone nursing (nurse advice line, telephone triaging)

Sales representative (maybe you can do more phone sales than in-person)
