Maybe just find a used NCLEX review book and focus on the adult sections? I like the test question format to help me learn.
Just an idea to but so long as you're considering studying, maybe you can look into getting a certification, like in gero or ambulatory nursing. I say this because you probably will remember more than you think (or it will come back to yo quickly) and you might as well put your efforts into something that you can build your resume with. Most certifications do cover basic as well as setting specific nursing knowledge. Just a thought.

I have only been out of nursing school for close to 5 years but the clinic that I work in has been very slow going. I've been an allergy nurse this whole time. I am going to be starting a new job in a busier clinic with Internal Medicine. I feel like I need a refresher. Has anyone every found a book that is a great refresher?
Thanks
