How many reference is good to have? I am a new graduate with no actual experience in the workfield. I have only had one job and used my boss there as a supervisor and my clinical instructor. Should I find more?

U need at least 3-5 references. I used 2 of my clinical instructors and 1 of my class room instructor because she did clinicals with us also. So go get u one more!

I agree. I have 4-6 references. Half are bosses and the others are volunteer directors. Also have recommendation letters handy about 3 reference letters. I have 3 copies from each of my references to hand to the interviewer when they are more interested about me. Good luck!
