Sooo, could anyone please explain to me, as a foreign RN, what would be the biggest disadvantages or pitfalls when looking to sign a contract with one of the recruiting agencies? I mean, at this point, they all sound very nice; no extra fees for premium processing, housing allowance, airport- pick up, cell phone, assistance in getting a driver´s license, prevailing wage, long orientation programs... Browsing through this forum I understand that there could be issues with the timeframe of things -  but apart from that...? Does anyone have any headsup what to watch out for, before signing?
