I recently graduated from the university with degrees in political science and economics.
Towards the end of my final semester I really had a growing change of heart. My original plan was to attend law school, with the aim of public service. The study of law doesn't exactly call for me, but my passion is still public service.
Psychology has always been a passion of mine and I admire the nursing field tremendously so I have been looking into my options in regards to transitioning.
Are there any Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners that didn't initially pursue nursing that can lend some general advice about transitioning, thinks you find most rewarding, your education, things you found challenging, if-I-would-have-knowns etc.?
thanks!
