Hi,
There are a couple of older threads on this site in which people mention that graduates of accelerated BSN programs have had difficulty getting hired for their first job, possibly due to the perception that these grads lack sufficient clinical training. Can any recent ABSN grads speak to whether they had trouble finding an initial job?

Found a job no problem. At least not any more difficult than 4 year students.
It all depends on your past experience, school reputation, and interview/resume skills.
I've found that hospitals like the fact that you've been able to handle learning fast and being organized enough to make it through a rigorous program. Make this known during the interview and you'll be fine.
Good luck!
