... and you seem to be confused about levels of measurement vs. validity and reliability. Those are 3 different things.

I think you need to do a a little more thinking and then clarify your question so that we can provide a decent answer.

Validity = Does your tool measure what you want it to measure?

Reliability = Does your tool measure the thing it measures consistently?

Levels of measurement = What type of data does your tool provide? (nominal? ordinal? interval? ratio?)

Edit: Now I see your title doesn't say "reliabililty." It says "reality." What do you mean?
