Hey new nurses! So I have an assignment for school to interview a new nurse and ask them about their first year of nursing, after looking through the questions I instantly thought this online forum may generate some really interesting answers and discussions! The questions are as follows:

1. How did you feel when you graduated from nursing school?

2. What did you do to prepare for your first nursing position?

3. Did you have any physical problems during your first year as a nurse—for example, fatigue, an upset stomach, or a lot of minor aches and pains?

4. Did any events occur to make you feel uncertain or question your decision to become a nurse?

5. When did you begin to feel good about your career as a nurse?

6. What events made you feel good and supported your decision to become a nurse?
