I'm a newbie here. The forum is a very informative one, but there are still alot of things that has been bothering me. Questions that are left unanswered. (btw, this is my Deja Vu post from International Forum)

I do need help! Pls

Questions:

1. In applying for NCLEX Exam/ATT/USA RN licensure, which state would process it faster?

2. How many weeks does it take before u recieve ur ATT if u applied in New York?

3. When apllying for nurse licensure/NCLEX in New York, do i need first to take CGNFS?

4. Is there a specific place where one can avail the Notary?

5. Which is highly recommended:

> take and pass IELTS and NCLEX first using ur own money then

look for an employer to sponsor ur working visa? or

> look for an employer to petition ur working visa, take and

pass IELTS and NCLEX exam? or

> find a good agency to process everything including pay for ur

exams

6. Which above choices (question #5) would help u land a job and work in the USA in due time (fastest way)?

7. Any good nurse recruitment agency that is reliable and highly recommended?

8. If u want to work in the USA, what is the steps that u need to do?

(pass the exams then find employer OR find employer then pass exam)

9. Can anyone recommend me a good immigration lawyer for nurses to help with the processing? How much would be the available cost to pay for an attorney?
