RCC Nursing Fall 2019

Hi everyone!

Being that the application for fall 2019 is opening up very soon, I thought I'd start a thread! For those of you who didn't know, the new application period for fall 2019 at Riverside City College is December 3rd-January 18th. I'll be applying as soon as I'm done taking Micro this semester. I'm hoping to get an A & do well on my TEAS. Those of you who will be applying this winter, do you mind sharing how many points you'll be going in with (or an estimate)? That way we can get an idea of how the application pool is looking :) so excited to finally be applying, but also very nervous!!

Hi! Just created my account so I can finally ask some questions! I’ve already sent in my application, took both tries on my Teas test with Riverside. First attempt got a 63, second attempt got a 69. I originally wanted to apply for Sentera but because they are so competitive and considering my score it’s like impossible. And it sucks because I have so many pre-reqs that Riverside doesn’t require and I’m just feeling stuck right now. What do you guys mean by points? I’ve read some are coming to riverside with points, what does that mean?

I’ve heard of people getting in with a 68 on their Teas score and with all the money I’ve spent I’m really trying to get away with not taking the TEAS again because it would be more expensive with ATI. Does anyone know how they average in your GPA with your TEAS score?

I was invited to take the TEAS I scored a 75. Still haven’t heard back.

There is another thread that I started for this application period under “college programs” I believe. You should use that one ? I thought this one was deleted lol
