Radiation Oncology Competencies

Hi

I am an Radiation oncology nurse working in the field for about 4 years. I would like to start working on getting annual competencies for the nurses on my unit. I like any recommendations that anyone has whether it be from a med/onc to social competencies will work.

I want to present some competencies to our leaders later this week , if anyone can let me what they are doing or using I would really appreciate it. :)

It is a course from ONS for a certification for Radiation nurses. It might be helpful and worth checking in to for your own nurses.
