What is the abbreviation 'PUP Score' defined as, it should be under respiratory?
I can't find it in my Lab Diagnostic book, the closest thing is "PAP" which is Prostatic acid phosphatase.

Physiologically unstable patient
Its when you take 4hrly obs of BP, TEMP, HR, RESP rate on the ward and they have scores that go with them to determine if the patient is at risk or not and if so then you increase obs to 2 hrly, 1 hourly or half hourly depending on what score they get. Iknow the reply is a few years late lol but it might help someone else :)
