My official result says "Near the passing standard" on every content areas.I am planning to retest again after 45 days.Do i start preparing with whole new study material or study the same thing that i studied.I am so confused on what am i suppose to do.
Please help me out!!!!!

What resources were you using before? Since you were "Near the Standard" in all areas, then that suggests that a general review of content might be helpful for you. Have you used Saunders? Saunders is great for reviewing content.
If you can afford it, a Kaplan review course is a great option too.
In addition, try to do lots of practice questions.
