quickest way to gain nursing exp from ln-rn

currently ive been looking into the nursing profession. my question is

what is the quickest way to gain exp as nurse while attending school from a lpn-rn.

keep in mind that i want to go to school full time and work part time in a related field of nursing at the same time.

the two ideas i have are as follows

1.become an lpn first and then go to school for an rn to get an associates in rn while working as a lpn.

2. go to an rn school to get the associates and work as a student nurse at the same time.
