Questions for a Registered Nurse

I am currently a pre-nursing student and have an assignment to interview someone in my field of interest (RN). As I do not personally know any working RN's I was hoping someone out there could help me answer these questions.

.What do you like most about your job and why?

.What do you like least about your job and why?

.What personal qualities do you feel are most important in your field and why?

.What types of stress do you experience on the job?

.What are the opportunities for promotion?

.What are the tasks you do in a typical work day? Can you describe them?

.What training would you recommend for someone who wanted to enter this field now? Would you recommend an Associate degree of Bachelor's degree?

.What is the salary range for a person in this field? Does entry level pay change depending on Associate of Bachelor's degree?

.What related occupations might I investigate?

.In which area of a hospital would I most likely start working once hired? How does the work vary from one area to the next?
