questions about MNP/DNP

Hello all,

I have many questions! I am currently in a BSN program but plan on continuing on to NP school. I am looking into different programs now. My goal is to work in OB/GYN, either in the delivery room or in an office. I am getting confused because some of the schools only have doctorate programs now. Is there any difference in the work that NP's do depending on the program they graduated from? Also, another concern is that I originally wanted to go into a women's health program, but since there aren't many in my area, I am thinking of going into family. Will I still be able to do OB/GYN in family? And one more thing- if I choose to go with MNP am I at risk for losing my license/not getting a job because of the switch to DNP?
