Questions about Cathy Parks Flash Cards and LevelupRN

This was news to me, but apparently ATI sued Cathy and she had to remove some of her videos and had to make changes due to the ruling. 

Because of this I am wondering, is it better to get the older flash cards (pre-lawsuit) from 2018-2019 or should I just go ahead and purchase the newer LevelupRN cards? I understand Cathy developed LevelupRN as well. If its any consolation I really enjoyed the maternity flashcards from LevelupRN. 

I'm just wondering if the new flash cards would be better or worse for reference since it sounds like she is handcuffed to the material she can provide (thanks ATI).
