Question about PRN jobs in Tampa Bay area

Okay so I have a question. I'm a new grad in NC and looking to relo back to my home in Tampa. However, there are no new grad jobs (here or there). But there seems to be TONS of PRN jobs. So here are my questions:

Will they hire new grads for PRN jobs? (I'm noticing on certain PRN jobs the "experience" part is left off)

Are these PRN jobs usually limited to just a couple hours a week or will they let you work a full 36hrs a week or more??

My thoughts are that part of the reason there are so many PRN jobs is to not have to pay benefits? But my concern is that if I took a PRN job I wouldn't get enough hours. I don't mind paying benefits out of pocket but I can't make the move unless I have stable income and I'm not sure how stable the PRN work is down there. Basically we'd move for my job and then the hubby would look for part time work while being a stay-at-home dad. Here the PRN work is slightly skimpy so I wouldn't even consider PRN. I really really need full time (more like overtime) to make up for the brand spankin' new student loan about to come due.:crying2: But I'm afraid to make a gamble since it would be a family of four relying on my income...

Any help (or job) would be greatly appreciated!!!:D I pick up dry cleaning by the way...:chuckle
