Hello nurses,
I am currently attending a community college and I am considering to pursue a nursing degree. I have a question regarding ADN vs BSN program requirements. Are the general education requirements the same for a ADN program or is more classes required in order to be accepted into a BSN program? Typically, how long will it take if I want to complete the BSN requirements at a community college? I just want to see what option will be best for me. Thank you:)

There are more pre-reqs required for a BSN program than an ADN program. The classes vary by program. ADN programs can be taken at community colleges whereas BSN programs can be completed at universities. The time to complete pre-reqs is usually 1-2 years.
Thank you so much for your reply :) Really appreciate it
