Question about OR internships at hospitals.

Can somebody help me out there? Does anybody know of OR internships at hospitals in the San Antonio area? I have been looking on the web at various hospital's websites and just haven't seen any yet. I seen some OR jobs, but they say you got to have experience. They say you have to have at least 2 years experience. How am I suppose to get experience. I cant even get in there. I have applied at various OR jobs online only to have them update the website and say OR experience required !! So I know where that went. So I was thinking I could do some internship if I can find a facility that does one. If anybody knows of someone can you let me know, but i will continue to look on the web. Thanks.

I think I posted this in the wrong forum. I really wanted to post it in the OR forum so some of the OR nurses could see this. Any suggestions for moving my post to the OR forum? I guess I can rewrite this but I was just trying to move it instead of rewrite it. Thanks.
