Question for neonatal nursing! Helppp

i am a senior in high school and i am interested in nursing. Neonatal nursing to be exact. i am doing a research paper and would like some questions answered if anyone can help this would be apppreciated.

1. What is the starting pay? how high can it go?

2. What are the benefits and drawbacks to this job?

3. What education or training(both?) is needed?

4. What can this job lead to? what is the growth potential?

5. Are there many jobs in this field, or are they hard to come by? why?
