Question for Independent Nurses in Ohio?

Hello everyone, I am new to the boards and am in need of help. Does anyone have experience with billing Medicaid and private insurances? Do private insurance companies pay for independent nurses? If so, what procedure or hcpc codes would I use to bill the insurance company? ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
