Question about CGFNS as a GED holder

Hi everyone! Brief introduction: I’m a US citizen who went to nursing school in the Philippines and is in the process of filling up a CES Professional Report application form on CGFNS. I’m planning to take my NCLEX in Texas.

Does anyone know how to fill up the secondary education part if I got my GED instead of a typical high school diploma? This means I don’t have a high school I attended because I went in one day to a GED testing center and took the exam right away without signing up for preparation courses.

I just got off the phone with Texas BON and they couldn’t really give me a clear answer. They said to fill it out to the best of my ability but I’m still lost.
