Queens, straub or rehab hospital?

Aloha!

I just recently moved to Oahu and 3 of those facility offered me a job. I am an LPN and just recently graduated with my RN but still waiting to take my NCLEX so I decided to start working as an LPN while I am waiting to take my RN NClEX and get my foot on the door.

Queens offered me a part time at Hale Pulama mau

Straub hired me to work in one of their clinic --full time

Any advice on which should I accept? my main concern is when I get my RN license which one of these facilities will bumped me as an RN as soon as I get my license. I heard about New Grad program, any ideas on those? how hard to get in?

Congrats on your offers! I have read quite a bit of posts in the Hawaii forum (because I plan to move back hopefully soon) about the job market and have seen repetitive responses that it is hard to get an acute care job with no experience. So if acute care is where you want to be, take the job at Queens. I'm assuming it is an acute care position. If you do want more responses, I would advise that you post this in the Hawaii forum.
