I'm doing a and p, with lab, micro with lab and algebra in the fall....then three more classes and I'm finally done for pre reqs... Wish I hadn't completed another degree first but I didn't want to quit it and it did help. Anyways, we can do it, it will be a lot of work but it can be done.
This is TOTALLY doable. It sounds like you are a pretty strong student as is, so I think you can handle it. I took literally the most (unnecessarily) difficult anatomy class EVER along with 2 govt classes this past semester.... all while working 40 hours a week and taking care of a 2 year old.... pulled off a 3.7 for the semester! If I can do it... you can do it!
Thank you for the responses so far!! I appreciate the kind words and motivation from all of you! I was really concerned about the two sciences I'm going to have. Our 4 main sciences at PV are Chemistry (I already took this with the 1-credit lab and got an 'A' in both), A&P I and II with labs, and Micro with lab. I was concerned because I'm going to be taking two this semester instead of just one. I don't want this to be overbearing, which is why I was asking, but now, I don't think it will be bad. I'll just have to prioritize, use time management skills, and STUDY, STUDY, STUDY!!!

I just came out of my Freshman year and will be entering my Sophomore year at PV. After taking 18 hrs worth of classes, my semester GPA is a 4.0 and my cumulative GPA is now a 3.61, which I am extremely happy about !!!
:D The Fall 2014 classes I signed up for are Micro, A&P I, American Govt I, Psychology, and Sociology...making me have 16 hrs of class. I am hoping to get into PV's CON by Fall 2015 (btw, is that possible???).
I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice...is this a good idea? I know I can make exceptional grades, but I just wanted to know if this was a good idea.
Thanks!!!
