Dear Professional Psych. RN Friends:

If any of you wonderful individuals could direct me to an association for Psych. RN's and any certification programs to enhance my working knowledge for the care of SMI paitients I would be so very appreciative.

I also would like to hear from anyone that has had experience with Antisocial/Sociopathic disorders. I feel this behavioral abnormalitiy is the most challenging to understand and manage. These paitents are the kings of manipulation/malingering and very very smart. From the get go, they have worked the details out. If you have worked with any of these types of situations, please do enlighten and educate me.
