Psychiatric nursing

I am graduating this Saturday as an LPN. The following Monday I will be going down to my local community college to take my pre-reqs for Indiana State University, where I will complete my LPN to BSN. I want to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner and I truly believe it is my calling to help others.

If you are a PSYCH nurse or practitioner, what is some advice that you have? Have you enjoyed it or has it been mostly stressful? have any of you completed the LPN to BSN at Indiana state and have any tips? I appreciate it so much!!
