Psychiatric Facility in Jacksonville,FL

I'm planning on moving to Jacksonville, FL in the next few years and I'm starting my research on possible job candidates. I wanted to reach out to other psych nurses who have and still are working in the Jacksonville area. I wanted to know what facilities are worthwhile and what facilities I need to steer clear of. I'm a 6 year veteran with a BSN. I have been around the block and don't want to be placed in anymore dangers/crappy jobs. So far with some research I have found many facilities but little info regarding employee satisfaction. Wekiva Springs is the only hospital I have found that employees seem happy there. I have some time before I even plan on reaching out I just want to cover my basis before I make the leap. Thank you all for any information.
