Psych your Staffing Ratios?

I work for a mental health IOP clinic with a total census around 80. We typically have about 15% of those patients with managed care. I do all your at my clinic but that’s only a small part of my responsibilities. Most of my experience is in case management for inpatient psych.
My company is considering consolidating your for all of their clinics into one department. After discussing it today, I feel like they have unrealistic expectations for staffing. What would be an appropriate staffing ratio? Essentially we would have about 60 managed care cases and would be reviewing for PHP and IOP.
