Promotion and Proficiency Write up help?!?

Denied RNIII, due to not meeting in the dimensions:  Ethics and Research.  I feel I definitely meet in those areas and felt I had done a good job explaining in my example but I guess not.  I am appealing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  thanks

I have questions. Do you have a MSN? I'm asking because I would like to know if it's possible to become a Nurse 3 with a BSN?

I have a BSN and yes it is possible but not easy.  My facility still allows for educational waiver.  The beginning of February 2024 the process changed nationally.  The NPSB has been dissolved and no longer reviewing proficiencies, it is now the role of the supervisor/manager which is how it should have been all along.  IMO

My proficiency was due and in process when everything changed.  I tried appealing and it was denied by the NPSB so then I started the process of appealing to National.  I was told it would not be sent to National and my facility (supervisor/manager) will be reviewing and determining eligibility for RNIII.  Still no word as the whole process has not be laid out for managers.  They are currently in training sessions now.  It's wait and see right now but I have a good feeling about the new process since my manager knows exactly what I do and have done over the year.  Fingers crossed I will get RNIII this year.
