Project for RN-MSN Program

Published

I need help with formulating questions in interviewing a nurse instructor on how she/he prepares for their classes. I'm currently in a RN-MSN program with the Nurse Educator option. However, I'm totally clueless as to the basic mechanics of how the nurse instructors prepare, what resources they use, what objectives, etc.

Can anyone help me in asking all the "right" questions to get the answers I need? With this interview information, I then have to create a power point presentation.

I'm a new member and this is my first post so I hope I'm doing this right!

Thanks -

surely your textbook has a sequence of events that must take place if YOU are planning a classroom presentation. Ask questions based on that sequence. For instance, who prepares the course objectives? How will this particular lecture/presentation meet those objectives? How do you measure whether or not the objectives were met? What are the teaching modalities and why did you chose those? So on and so on.
