I also did Project 2000 qualifying in 1996 - adult branch I contacted my university re the same back in 2013 and they managed to get hold of it for me admittedly they did have to make a request to the educational archives which I believe is with the NMC think they charges about 20 pounds if I remember correctly lol it was even typed up on the old manual typewriter so I knew they were original transcripts. The process I followed was through the original school of nursing I trained with and they were the ones to search and get them. For immigration requirements and training transcripts they usually require them to be sent from the university. Which university did you qualify from?

Hey - you may have solved this by now?

i have applied to FL and 8months later (!!!!) all transcripts from UK have been done. I also trained in UK - old modular system - 1987-1990 - the NMC gave a report and my old uni (amalgamated with another) gave a breakdown in table form of comparison of theory and clinical hours. I find it hard to believe that your old Uni has no record or way of quantifying your education with them??

Florida Board of Nursing have invited me to meeting on 6 August 2015 in Miami. I have a deficit of 32 hours of paediatric theory..noted from my nurse training 1987-1990.

I would not mind you having my CGFNS outline - I am a psychiatric nurse (not recognised as qualification in its own right in US), despite continued education to MSc level and 26 years of unblemished experience in mental health.

Thanks, I qualified at Surrey University but they seem adamant they have no way of obtaining my transcript as they don't keep records that far back. It was Frances Harrison Nursing School, part of Surrey University. It doesn't exist any more. Also the NMC say they do not have records for that year, they didn't run it then.

Hi Meeky71. I have just added you in a friend request because I am hoping you could help me with a transcript issue. I have just read your entry and it seems that although you qualified a year before me on the same course, the NMC are saying they don't have atranscript for me as their records don't go back that far. They have send me an EU directive, but I need a full breakdown of the medication management list for Criteium 8 for AHPRA. Is there anyway you could send me a copy of yours? I am in desperate need and cannot believe the NMC have said they have no records?! when clearly you have a transcript from a previous year. They insist this is the case and won't budge! It's actually putting a major spanner in the works for my visa application to OZ and I could really do with some advice if you have any? Many Thanks, and I hope you get this!!

I don't think I can help you my university never provided a medication breakdown list as I was applying to usa it was all in hours. Which university school of nursing did you attend?
