Project for license

Hello, I'm currently a student about to graduate soon and get my license. I'm writing a paper about delegation relationships between RNs and LVNs, it would greatly help if I could get some opinions to the questions below. Thank you in advance!

How do you like to be delegated to?

Can you give an example of when a nurse did a great job of delegating?
Do the RNs make you feel valued as a part of the team?

Can you recall a time where delegation was not done well?

Do you think more RNs understand scope of practice for LVNs?

How often are you asked to do things beyond what you're certified to do?

What is the biggest challenge of your job?

How could the delegation process be improved?
